The Leyland Australia Plant in Cosgrove Rd Enfield was purchased from Pressed Metal Corporation (PMC) in 1968. Previously PMC was a sub-contract assembler of Austin Healey Sprite, MGA, MGB, M.G. Midget. Production of MGB and M.G. Midget was transferred to Victoria Park in 1969-1970. PMC was also a sub-contract assembler for Austin Gypsy, Morris J2 Van, Morris J2 Messenger. PMC also designed and assembled Austin Saloon derivative Utilities: Austin A40, A50, A55, and design derivatives AF1, AF2, AF3 and a Morris version of the AF3, labelled MF3 – Morris 8 Cwt Utility. At the time of closure at Victoria Park in 1974, the Product Engineering Section at Enfield covering Land Rover production was transferred to Engineering Services at Moorebank. The Enfield plant was then used to produce the Australian Mini and Moke range along with Land Rover, Tractors and National Bus.
To meet the exhaust emissions requirements to be introduced into Australia in 1976, a site within the Leyland Australia Parts and Accessories Division location at Moorebank was selected for Product Engineering’s emission control centre and opened in mid-1974. With the cessation of vehicle production at Victoria Park, the need for an emissions control centre greatly diminished and the building was established as Leyland Australia Engineering Services. At a later date, Truck and Bus Division Product Engineering Section located in Revesby was also transferred to Engineering Services. Engineering Services thus became responsible for the Product Engineering function for the whole of Leyland Australia, ranging from the Mini range to the Truck and Bus range
On the 19th of July 1965, construction work on the new Parts and Accessories Division building officially began at Church St Liverpool in Sydney’s south-west. Parts and Accessories moved into their new premises in August 1966. P&A was the central warehouse for the supply of the after-market. P&A supplied UK, in-house manufactured, and locally-manufactured components. They placed purchase orders on the Production Departments for in-house components and the Supply Department for common locally-supplied components
After the closure of Victoria Park in 1974, the head office of the company was relocated to an office block in Oxford St Bondi Junction - presumably close to the residences of the executive management in  the nearby exclusive suburbs of eastern Sydney.  The building housed the Board of Directors, Sales, Marketing, Service, Supply and Human Relations departments. The building was eventually closed and those functions moved to a new purpose built building extension at the Parts and Accessories site at Liverpool.
